Lake Argyle, WA

(05-06 Sep): Today we saw a beautiful dam with a huge lake on one side. On the other side there was all this water rushing out into a little river. It was rushing out to make electricity. We also went in a beautiful pool with the best view ever, and made some new friends.

Hi Sabine and Hugh, and Mum and dad

Helen and I reckon your photos are great, you must be having a wonderful time.

All good back in Cairns, Marquis on Grafton still the same.

Tell mum and dad that I have passed all your thoughts on the western cape york tourism on to tourism people and they all seem keen to look at it some more. I have some KPMG people working out at Pormpuraaw on the Croc Farm, and this weekend they are going to head down to Kowanyama and check out the road and all the camping spots. then we are going to try and get some tourism signs and marketing happening.

So, in the future lots more people will hopefully get to Pormpuraaw and Kowanyama and meet the lovely indigenous people who live out there.

Hope you all having great time and keeping safe. See you when you get back.

    Cheers
    Greg andHelen Bowman.
