Manning Gorge, WA

Rock art at Manning Gorge. (This is in the 'Windjana style', with no mouth. They are painted to bring the monsoon. If the monsoon doesn't come, then the elders throw rocks at the paintings.)

(14 Sep) Today we arrived at Manning Gorge and went for a swim with some friends and played in a dinghy in the river. The next day when we woke up we went on a big walk to a beautiful gorge and had a big swim. We had to use the dinghy to get across the river the start our walk. We saw some very old art on the rocks. We saw a black swan there too.
