A Christmas swim at the beautiful Bay of Fires
26 Dec 2015:
Today we woke up slowly and went to the beach. Then it started raining, so we went back and made sure everything was secure before driving to St Helens (with our cousins) for lunch. We spent the rest of the day mainly playing inside the camper and tents because it rained on and off.
25 Dec 2015:
Today we woke up slowly and set up the sunroom so that the camper felt more 5-star for Christmas, and so there was more room for our cousins. We then set up our mini Christmas tree and our Christmas decorations. Then we made rum ball mixture (and ate a lot of it)! After that we went and played on the beach and climbed the rocks nearby. The beach was so pretty!
24 Dec 2015:
Today we woke up slowly and went and played on the beach. It was really fun because it was high tide, so we had to climb over the rocks and run through the water at the right time. We then swam, explored and ran to the other end of the beach where I almost trod on this weird, dead, spiky fish. We then went back to the camper and rolled the rum balls (and ate quite a few of them). We then relaxed, before going to Christmas mass at night time.
